Yoga Classes

Coming summer of 2012, Yoga is the signature spiritual experience bringing peace, health and well being elevating the participants to the highest level of being. Every woman needs to take time to reconnect with herself and to make her health the priority. At Palace deBoudoir we offer numerous yoga classes in our new full service day spa coming June 1st to the Lakewood area. We will offer Basics/Intro classes to give students of all levels the opportunity to return to the fundamentals of yoga in a fun, non-competitive environment. Perfect for students who have never practiced yoga before. We will feature many different styles such as Hatha yoga, Sahaja yoga, Yin Yoga, Vinyasa, Yoga Sculpt, and Power Yoga. At the Palace, we offer a one-on-one private instruction on the art "senual" yoga, this instruction is particularly helpful to prepare you for your boudoir photo shoot and help you practice the best sensual poses for you. We will have beginner, intermediate and expert level classes for that whole package experience. You can start out with as little or as much experience and we will take you through the whole way to becoming a holistic, healthy yoga diva.
